Can Accommodate up to 20 (Max 8 adults). 6 Bedrooms. This gorgeous beach house has just been fully renovated and is available throughout the year for holiday rentals. The house has beach frontage with private stairs leading to the very popular Tiffany’s Beach in Salt Rock. This beach is a surfers paradise and watching them ride the waves will offer you endless hours of entertainment from the comfort of your sun lounger. The house sleeps a maximum of 16 guests, with a cap on adults being 8.

BACK-UP POWER

In the event of power outages, rechargeable lamps are available in the bedrooms.

In case of major power outages, the generator will be manually started by the staff and this will power the following: lights, plugs, Wi-fi and alarms.

There is a gas hob in the kitchen with gas kettle to allow guests to cook and boil water as well as a gas/charcoal braai outside to allow for cooking. Some of the plugs in the front of the kitchen won’t function, but the staff will know which plugs can be used and will use extension cords to power other items if need be.

Non essential items such as air-con units, washing machines, tumble drier, dishwasher, iron, oven, microwave will not be connected. One geyser will be connected for hot water.

The house offers high security with internal and external zoned beams, a perimeter non-climbing fence & IPSS 24/7 reaction team. The gate to the beach is a motorised gate that rolls to the side during the day, opening the house and deck to the beach

Rental includes two live-in staff members 7 days a week.

2 Loads of laundry are included per day – washing and folding only

The following will be supplied and is included in your rental to ensure your arrival is comfortable: Toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, rubbish bags and basic cleaning equipment will be supplied during your stay, however, we do ask that guests supply their own washing powder and fabric softener for personal items.

Salt Rock Beach is another very popular beach along the Ballito coastline and is home to Salt Rock Surf Life Saving Club. The beach stretches from Catfish Rocks to Salt Rock tidal pool and further north to Tiffany’s Beach.

Salt Rock Beach is always popular with surfers, bathers, paddle ski anglers and those who just want to relaxing on the golden warm sands of the North Coast.
Salt Rock Beach does have both shark nets and life guards on duty.

Tiffany’s Beach is favoured with surfers spear fishermen and divers beaches.
