In the middle of Milnerton, Cape Town, a luxurious and spacious home awaits you, offering a total of five bedrooms and four bathrooms. The main house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, while a charming apartment with another bedroom and private bathroom is located right next to the main house.

The space

Just a 7-minute drive from the world-famous kite beach “Sunset Beach” and away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life as well as sheltered from the wind, our vacation home is a place where luxury and relaxation blend seamlessly. This stylish home offers modern amenities and inviting spaces that promise an unforgettable stay.

The Rooms

The Master Bedroom offers a king-size bed, a spacious walk-in dressing area and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower for ultimate relaxation.

The Second Bedroom is also furnished with a comfortable double bed that can be converted into two twin beds if needed. This room shares a stylish bathroom with the third bedroom, which has another double bed. The shared bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a walk-in shower.
The fourth bedroom offers another double bed and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Access is from the pool side through a sliding door, so you can enjoy the refreshing atmosphere in no time.

Separate from the main house is an apartment with the fifth bedroom and its own entrance for the car. The apartment features a queen-size bed, living room, television, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and private bathroom with walk-in shower.

The heart of this home is a cook’s dream come true. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals. A bar counter with seating for three invites casual conversation, while the dining table with seating for 8 is perfect for communal meals. The spacious lounge can accommodate up to 10 guests and is equipped with a cozy fireplace, a television and comfortable seating.

The braai room is a true entertainer’s paradise. Here you will find a dining area with seating for 10, a pizza oven for creative culinary adventures, a wine fridge for perfect storage of your favorite beverages, and an extensive braai (grill) facility. A variety of games, a pool table and a dart board provide hours of fun.

Outdoors, soak up the sun on one of five loungers by the sparkling swimming pool or cozy up on cushioned seats around the fire pit.

The Gym:
Fitness enthusiasts will love the fully equipped gym in the garage. The centerpiece is a professional Smith machine with 140 kg weights and numerous workout options to suit even the most demanding strength athlete. Two additional barbell bars (Normal & EZ bar) allow for a variety of other strength exercises. The rowing machine is suitable for both warm-up and sweaty endurance training. With the five kettlebells (weights between 10 and 28 kg) you can train your strength endurance and speed. Adjustable dumbbells (weights between 3.5 and 32 kg), a separate pull-up and dips bar, as well as various small items such as a footboard, skipping ropes, abdominal roller, powerbands and exercise ball round out the extensive range of equipment.
In summary, this gym is ideal for strength athletes, crossfit enthusiasts, circuit training and endurance athletes.

Please note the 5th bedroom, cottage is not powered by the battery inverter and does experience load-shedding

The pool is scheduled for weekly cleaning. Please keep this in mind and allow our team access to maintain it in top condition. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

Century City is home to Canal walk, which is a 141,000 sqm retail space housing 400 shops, restaurants, cinemas, grocery stores and entertainment activities.

Within Century City is also the Colosseum shopping plaza, which has a Woolworths grocery store as well as a hotel and restaurants.

Restaurants-
Century City is home to some great café’s and restaurants.
-Bootlegger coffee is located on Century Boulevard and is open from 07:00 until 18:00 every day. They make great coffee and food. They also serve alcohol.

-The new square development in the business district of Century city houses Tigers millk, Seattle Coffee, Crave, The square wine bar at the Century City hotel and the Punjab wok.

Activities-
Century city is a very outdoor based neighbourhood.
Home to the Century City art trail, you are able to walk around the neighbourhood and marvel at the various installations located all over Century City. From sculptures to water features, to murals and relics, the art trail has them all.

A definite must do!
Intaka Island, an award-winning 16 hectare wetlands and bird sanctuary, is home to 177 species of indigenous fynbos plants and 120 bird species. Intaka – which means ‘bird’ in Xhosa – is a unique example of nature conservation and urban development co-existing in harmony. Apart from its environmental significance, the area offers a place of solace to take a stroll, relax, and get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

A bus stop for a popular MyCiti bus route is nearby. This is a reliable bus service with routes taking you to the inner City. It connects to other routes going to the V&A Waterfront, Clifton & Camps Bay beaches, as well as Hout Bay fishing village.
